I've been cooking for longer than I can remember. I have run many of restauraunts at a young age. I'm experienced in multi outlet high volume facilities and I am grateful for Where I am now in my career. There has always been, however, something that has pulled me to do my own thing and put my own niche in the New England culinary spectrum. Growing up NE you will learn that everything is done "wicked" particular. My passion is two open up multiple restaurants through out NE targeting the local favorites and emphasizing on local favorites; a cross between casual dinning and high end "to go"s. Guest will feel free to sit insidebor out. The outside of the facility will resemble a woodshed.
