Been in the Culinary Industry for 16+ years. Experienced Executive Chef and Restaurateur seeking out a new endeavor to bring Farm to Table food on the round. I have been with Corporate Dining, Institutional, Fine Dining, Quick Serve and Catering establishments for the past 16 years. I have opened and managed multiple brick and mortar units, developing multiple concepts with a heavy emphasis on sustainable, GMO and MSG free food. My most recent endeavor was Twiisted Sushi, Grill and Bar in Medina, OH featuring fun and eccentric craft burgers and authentic Japanese sushi. Along with Twiisted, I developed our second concept, Twiisted Express featuring our restaurant in a quick serve setting.
