After growing up in Maine and graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, I worked for Starbucks for four years in three states as a barista promoted through to store manager. I left Starbucks to be a restaurant manager for Spirit Cruises in Baltimore while I earned a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management. I moved to Charleston, SC because of its reputation for excellent cuisine and spent all my energy to open a food cart - the first of its kind in Charleston - featuring hand-crafted grilled cheese. Now, due to popular demand, we are in the process of moving into a restaurant!
