I am the pastry chef and owner of Café Mad Dessert Salon. I was tired of feeding the elite of san Francisco so I decided to venture off and try my hand at my own shop. Well originally 'we' were going to open a co-op and share the responsibility of ownership but that fell apart as soon as the opening was delayed and the team lost faith in the project it quickly became just me doing everything from social media feeds, graphic designs, website developer, Marketer, General manager, Plumber, Contractor, accountant and lastly the pastry chef. With all of that on my plate I wasn't able to handle it all alone, So I closed the Café and am re launching the company as "Café Mad Dessert Salon" with the idea of being a destination over a retail quick service type café.
