I am an inspiring Chef and private caterer. I absolutely love to cook. My inspiration is clean healthy southern and American cusine. I am a recent honor graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts. I have 3 adult kids and a one year old grandson. I am determined to open my own restaurant one day. I have to cook in a community kitchen space when I have to cater. It can at times be an inconvenience. Id much rather operate my own brick and mortar. Im also an Army Veteran. It is also very important to me to offer Veterans discounted meals.
