I became a Chef by accident. I began making churros and funnel cakes for my husband's friends to share my delicious food. Soon, orders began pouring in for more and I realized that nothing brought me more joy than people enjoying my food. From there I went on to study at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, graduating with my degree with honors in Patisserie Baking. I then extended my knowledge of culinary skills by training with different chefs from around the world, training as a Sous Chef and acting as the Executive Chef at various restaurants. ​ My career has put me alongside some of the best Chefs in the business! ​ Today, I work as the Executive Caterer for the Los Angeles Rams while still acting as a restaurant consultant, private chef, and caterer, cake decorator, and traveling to teach cooking classes in order to bring my love of the culinary arts to as many people as I can. ​ I offer private cooking classes, cooking parties, catering services, fundraising parties, and starting to write my first cookbook.
