I am a 30 + year veteran baker, this is our bakery stand down at Eastern Market-Detroit, Shed #2. I started my first bakery in Los Angeles, CA. back in 1978, with my mother and grandmother. I love putting a smile on people's face and hearing the sounds of sweet sensations after taking a bite out of some of my baked goods. Baking is my passion and my joy. I want to share my talent with those who don't have the time to bake from scratch, but enjoy that taste like Grandma used to bake. I thought at one time it was a hobby but I have grown beyond hobby status. I would like to fill the need of good old comfort food from back in the day using all natural ingredients. Presently, the business has out grown the shared commercial kitchen I am currently using. The business needs some seed capital that will boost it to the next level of success.
