My wife and I have 4 children. After 12 years of being a flight attendant, I quit my job to follow my dream of opening a restaurant. I always wanted to bring my Mom's recipes to life for everyone to enjoy. I am also in my second year of law school. This journey has been very exciting and stressful all at the same time. In 1968 my grandmother owned a restaurant in Hobbs, NM and decided to create a completely new recipe to set us apart from the usual Mexican restaurant. After much trial and error, my grandmother came up with the original recipe we now call the CC Sizzle. Although it is truly impossible to find the words to describe the amazing flavor of the CC Sizzle recipe, those who have tried it understand this – It’s ADDICTING!
