Growing up in Detroit, Michigan, Chef Andrew began working in restaurants at an early age. After six years of being a paramedic in Detroit, he pursued cooking full-time. He quickly advanced through the ranks and earned his first Executive Chef job in 1998. He worked in some of the ares finest restaurants. In the spring of 2004, Andrew opened his own restaurant in a Detroit suburb that was 100% wheat & gluten free. After several years of successful business, Andrew moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television production, and maybe even combine his love of entertainment with his love of food. Andrew came up with the idea for Eat. Taste. Live. in early 2013. By combining his two best talents, he could create a live, interactive cooking class, entirely gluten free, and teach anyone with an internet connection how to make great tasting, gluten free dishes. The next phase of "Eat Taste Live" is to launch the "ETL Food Truck." Doing this will give people with dietary restrictions culinary freedom.
