The managing owner of MH Hospitality, Joshua Millsap, began his management career in hospitality and food service industry while studying culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu, Atlanta campus. His first position was that of banquet chef for Lake Lanier Island where the primary responsibility was to manage all banquet functions, order supplies, and lead the staff on day to day operations. After working at the Lake Lanier Island for a year, he moved to Alabama where he worked at Boar’s Head Restaurant in Panama city, Florida. He started off as a line cook but was quickly promoted to Sous Chef. His primary responsibility was to order supplies and manage day to day operations of the kitchen. After working there six months, he moved on and started working at Chateau Elan where he began as Sous Chef for the winery. After working there for 9 months, he moved on to Intercontinental Buckhead Five Diamond, Four star Hotel. Intercontinental Buckhead is where he fine tuned all of his management skills. Supervising the day to day operations of the banquet, the restaurant, and Kosher kitchens. He was promoted to Executive Chef for the Holiday Inn at the airport. He served there as the Executive Chef for six months, he was quickly promoted to F&B Director /Executive Chef for the hotel. Joshua Millsap is currently the operation manager for SweetFrog Frozen yogurt in Lawrenceville, GA.This position provides incredible experience in corporate management that will prove invaluable in his entrepreneurial endeavors.
