Andrea Foster is an entrepreneur with 10 years’ experience in the financial banking industry, management and event planning. She is an avid generationally taught cook, caterer, and future restaurateur. Andrea has apprenticed as a Garde Manger at Little Savannah Restaurant and Bar in the Forest Park-South Avondale community and is a soon to be Co.Starters | REV Birmingham Alumni. Andrea Foster currently has a loyal following for her Pop-Up dinners. For these pop-up dinners the location is secret until just before the event and the menu is undisclosed until just before arrival to add to the anticipation. Guests’ taste buds are taken on an exciting culinary journey through four to seven meal courses. The cuisine and complimentary wine and cocktail pairings are unforgettable. These Popup dinners have acted as an incubator for The Preservery, generating clientele while demanding no startup costs.
