I've grown up in the bar and restaurant business, my father owned two bars until I was in my early twenties. I've been raised mopping floors, doing dishes, cooking about everything you can imagine and cleaning up after myself. Over the past 10 years, I've opened four different restaurants in both the General Manager and Owner positions. Each place successful in their own rights. Of those four, I still own Red Lion Grog House in Fountain Square. I'm looking to branch out my culinary empire to the south side into Greenwood by way of Wuzzlers Grill & Spoon.
