Jon, is a rising star among local home chefs. Although he is not a classically trained, Chef Batista has been honing his skills from young age in his grandfather's kitchen. The roots of this business stems from his grandfather, whom spend many years as an engineer for the Panama Canal. Those interactions with sailors from around the world created the basis for the families recipes that spawn today's YourPanadas' recipe book. Jon is a fantastic cook, but more than that, he understands how to run a commercial kitchen to produce consistently high-quality food. Throughout his professional career he has proven to always work well with other but most importantly be able to train and led his staff which is proven with his 10 years management background within variously professional settings.
